    1. Primary Prevention—Preventing or Reducing Cancer Risk—Go to the Section titled Prevention. I have presented a comprehensive discussion on holistic preventive interventions using a public health framework that includes interventions to reduce the strength of environmental/agent factors that affect you, and also interventions to strengthen you-the host. Research, interviews with experts, and things you can do to reduce your risk of developing cancer holistically (physical, mental. and spiritual) are presented. You will be directed to content such as interviews and research on different parts of the website as appropriate. For a donation of $12 you can receive a tax deduction and all of this content in booklet form as a gift.
    2. Secondary Prevention—Early identification and treatment of cancer to improve the outcome and reduce the severity. Review Interviews with Cancer Survivors and Cancer Doctors as Appropriate. Review also Cancer Research Physical and Mental/Spiritual under Research and also Specific Cancer Treatments and Diagnostic Tests. More content and interviews being added regularly and will eventually be put in booklet form.

    2. Listen to Interviews of Cancer Survivors Specific to Your Type of Cancer

  4. CANCER PATIENTS WANTING TO ADD MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL INTERVENTIONS AND OTHER ALTERNATIVE TREATMENT TO CONVENTIONAL RX. Of Chemo, Radiation and/or surgery
    1. Review research on mental/spiritual interventions.
    2. Read section on Prevention that discusses how to do mental/spiritual interventions.
    3. Listen to interviews with survivors specific to your type of cancer.
    4. Read section on reducing toxic effects of chemo/radiation
